A note from Rochelle

“I have always believed wellness should feel personal.”

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and have had the privilege of working with many clients through private coaching, group programs and wellness workshops.

Health coaching first became an important part of my work through Peak Wellness and Nutrition. Since then, my understanding of wellness has continued to grow through more than twenty years of yoga teaching, Reiki, movement, esthetics and my own seasons of change.

I am not here to hand you another list of rules. I am here to listen, ask thoughtful questions and help you create a way of caring for yourself that feels supportive and sustainable.
