Meet Rochelle

Experienced. Educated. Intuitive. Rooted in real practice.

Rochelle is a licensed esthetician, certified spray tan artist, Reiki Master, health coach, and long-time yoga educator whose studies began in 2004 and have continued for more than twenty years.

Her background includes Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, yoga therapy, advanced anatomy, Thai bodywork, Sanskrit study, pranayama, chakra yoga, Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, myofascial study, barre, aerial yoga, esthetics, and health coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

The result is a teaching and service style that feels intelligent without being intimidating, elevated without being impersonal, and deeply attentive to the person in front of her.

Inspired by the Water

After 12,000 nautical miles, Rochelle returned to the Northern Neck to drop anchor and create community.

Rochelle and her husband spent the last three years living full-time aboard their sailboat, exploring the Caribbean, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Virgin Islands, and the quiet magic of life on the water.

Sailing shaped her teaching and her way of holding space: fluid, observant, adaptable, and deeply respectful of each person’s rhythm. Wild Salted Glow brings that same feeling ashore—salt air, softness, strength, story, and sunshine woven into a boutique wellness experience.
