This 4-week series at Wild Salted Glow is designed specifically for men who want to improve flexibility, mobility, balance and strength while learning practical yoga techniques in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
No yoga experience necessary.
No flexibility required.
Just show up.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each class combines accessible yoga postures, mobility work, stretching, strength and breathwork with an emphasis on helping you feel better in your everyday body.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or you've tried it before, you'll be encouraged to work at your own level.
