Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need
before you arrive.

Thoughtful answers to help you feel comfortable, prepared and welcomed—whether you are joining us for a class, booking your glow, receiving Reiki or visiting Wild Salted Glow for the first time.

Local, seasonal or simply enjoying a few days in the Northern Neck, you are welcome to visit as a drop-in. Membership is available, but it is never required.

Visiting the studio

Before your first visit.

Wild Salted Glow is an intentionally small wellness studio. Advance registration helps us keep your experience personal, calm and unhurried.

Do I need to be a member?

No. Drop-ins and individual appointments are welcome. You may visit once, return seasonally or choose a membership if you would like Wild Salted Glow to become part of your regular routine.

Are visitors and vacation guests welcome?

Absolutely. We welcome year-round locals, seasonal residents, vacationers, marina guests and anyone spending time in the Northern Neck. Private small-group yoga and mobile spray tanning may also be available for visiting groups.

Where is the studio?

Wild Salted Glow is located at 419 Rappahannock Drive, Suite 201, White Stone, Virginia 22578. The studio is upstairs, so please contact Rochelle before booking if you have accessibility concerns.

How do I reserve a class or appointment?

Classes, spray tans, Reiki and other appointments may be reserved through Setmore. You may also call or text Rochelle directly at 856-834-2843 with questions.

Should I arrive early?

Please arrive approximately five to ten minutes early for your first visit. Because classes and appointments are scheduled personally, arriving much earlier may interrupt the guest scheduled before you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Classes are intentionally small and appointments are reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed visits may be subject to the studio’s cancellation policy.

Yoga + Coastal Burn

Before you step onto the mat.

You do not have to be flexible, experienced or already “in shape.” Classes are designed to meet you where you are.

Are beginners welcome?

Yes. Classes remain intentionally small so Rochelle can provide clear instruction, modifications and individual guidance. Let her know before class if you are new, returning after time away or working with physical limitations.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, water and clothing that allows you to move comfortably. You may also bring a towel or an extra layer for slower classes. Contact Rochelle ahead of time if you need to borrow equipment.

Do I need to register in advance?

Advance registration is strongly encouraged because studio classes are intentionally limited in size. Reserving ahead helps ensure that a mat space is available for you.

What is Coastal Burn?

Coastal Burn is Wild Salted Glow’s signature mat-based sculpt class blending yoga, Pilates, barre and Lagree-inspired intensity without the machine. Expect small controlled movements, strength, shaking, quivering and a full-body glow.

Can I attend classes without a membership?

Yes. A first-class option, regular drop-ins and class cards are available. Memberships are simply an option for guests who want to practice more consistently.

What happens if Beach Yoga is affected by weather?

Beach Yoga is weather permitting. Updates are shared on Facebook and Instagram before class. When possible, a class may be moved indoors, but indoor space is limited and cannot always accommodate all beach participants.

Where is Thursday Slow Flow held?

Thursday evening Slow Flow is offered at Pure n Simple Family Chiropractic in Kilmarnock unless otherwise announced. Check the current schedule or social media before attending.

Do you offer private yoga?

Yes. Private sessions are available for beginners, returning students, people working with physical limitations, vacation groups, families and anyone who prefers individual guidance.

Customized Spray Tanning

Before your glow.

Every tan is customized around your natural coloring, desired depth, schedule and occasion.

Will my spray tan look natural?

Yes. Your color is selected according to your skin tone, undertone and desired depth. The goal is a believable, balanced result rather than an overly dark or artificial finish.

How should I prepare?

Exfoliate and shave approximately 12 to 24 hours beforehand when possible. Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotion, oil, perfume, deodorant and makeup. Wear loose, dark clothing and open shoes after your appointment.

How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments take approximately 25 minutes. This includes your consultation, changing time, application and drying before you leave to glow and go.

When may I rinse?

Your rinse time depends on the solution selected. Traditional solutions generally remain on longer, while rapid solutions allow a shorter rinse window. Rochelle will give you exact instructions at your appointment.

How long will my tan last?

Most spray tans last approximately seven to ten days. Preparation, bathing, exercise, swimming and moisturizing all affect wear and fading.

What should I do after my tan?

Avoid water, sweating and tight clothing until your first rinse. Follow the rinse time provided, pat your skin dry and moisturize daily after development. Avoid harsh exfoliants, bar soaps and excessive chlorine when possible.

Does a spray tan provide sun protection?

No. A spray tan does not provide meaningful protection from ultraviolet exposure. Continue using broad-spectrum sunscreen, shade and protective clothing.

Do you offer mobile or group tanning?

Mobile and group tanning may be available for bridal parties, vacation rentals, marina guests, celebrations and private Northern Neck gatherings. Contact Rochelle directly to discuss the size, location and timing of your group.

Memberships

Creating a more consistent rhythm.

Memberships are available for guests who would like regular yoga, Coastal Burn, customized spray tanning or a combination of movement and glow.

What memberships are available?

FLOW is $89 per month for up to two classes each week. FLOW Unlimited is $109 per month for unlimited regularly scheduled yoga and Coastal Burn. GLOW is $169 per month for one customized spray tan each week. GLOW + FLOW is $199 per month and includes unlimited regularly scheduled classes plus one customized spray tan each week.

How do I become a member?

Call or text Rochelle at 856-834-2843, or sign up personally in the studio before or after class. Rochelle will help you choose the option that best fits your routine.

Can I purchase a membership through Setmore?

No. Setmore is used for scheduling classes and appointments. Membership enrollment and monthly payment arrangements are handled directly through Wild Salted Glow.

Do unused visits roll over?

Membership visits are intended to support a consistent monthly routine and generally do not roll over, transfer to another person or hold cash value. Your individual membership terms will be explained at enrollment.

Do I still reserve through Setmore after joining?

Yes. Members continue to reserve their classes and spray-tan appointments through Setmore. Membership enrollment is separate from scheduling.

Can I try the studio before becoming a member?

Absolutely. Drop in for a class or book an individual spray tan before deciding whether a membership is right for you.

Ready to join? Call, text or sign up in the studio. Rochelle will personally help you begin your membership.

Restore + Health Coaching

Personal support beyond the group setting.

Restore services and health coaching provide quieter, individualized ways to care for your body, energy, habits and overall well-being.

What should I wear for Reiki?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. You remain fully clothed and comfortably supported throughout the session.

Is Reiki hands-on?

Reiki may be offered with light touch or with Rochelle’s hands held slightly above the body. Your comfort and preferences are always discussed and respected.

What might I experience during Reiki?

Experiences differ. Some people notice warmth, tingling, heaviness, emotion or deep rest. Others simply notice slower breathing, a quieter mind or a sense of ease.

Does Reiki replace medical care?

No. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical treatment, medication, mental-health care or guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.

What is integrative health coaching?

Health coaching looks at the whole person, including nourishment, habits, energy, sleep, movement, stress, relationships and everyday routines. Rochelle offers education, reflection, accountability and practical support rather than diagnosis or medical treatment.

How do I begin health coaching?

Call or text Rochelle at 856-834-2843. Your journey begins with a personal conversation about where you are, how you want to feel and the type of support you may need.

Yoga, Reiki and health coaching are offered for education, relaxation and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical or mental-health condition.
