Wild Salted Glow yoga is more than a class — it’s an experience.

Rooted in over 20 years of teaching and inspired by years spent living and sailing the Caribbean, each class blends breath, movement, and mindful awareness to create a practice that feels both grounding and freeing.

With small, intimate classes and a focus on how the body feels rather than how it looks, you’ll leave not just stronger — but more connected, balanced, and at ease.

We offer Yoga on site and off

Each week, we flow beyond the studio — offering beach yoga ( April )  and special off-site classes that blend movement with the beauty of the coast. Designed to feel effortless and inspired, these moments bring a sense of play, presence, and just the right touch of whimsy.
