Rooted in over 20 years of teaching and inspired by years spent living and sailing the Caribbean, each class blends breath, movement, and mindful awareness to create a practice that feels both grounding and freeing.
With small, intimate classes and a focus on how the body feels rather than how it looks, you’ll leave not just stronger — but more connected, balanced, and at ease.

A 6-Week Sculpt Series with Rochelle
Coastal Burn is a 6-week sculpt series designed to lift, tone, and define your body—from the inside out.
Blending yoga, mat Pilates, barre, and Lagree-inspired movement, this mat-based practice focuses on small, controlled, joint-friendly sequences that build deep strength and lasting tone.
Each class is intentionally crafted to create that signature shake—awakening muscles, strengthening the core, and sculpting the body with precision and grace.

Awaken your body and breath with an energizing Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, balance, and clarity. This class links movement with breath in a fluid, rhythmic way—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to move through your day with ease. All levels welcome, with options to meet you exactly where you are.
🌙 Slow Flow Vinyasa (Thursday 7:30pm)
Unwind into a slower, more intentional flow that gently releases tension and restores your nervous system. This class blends mindful movement, deep breathwork, and longer-held poses to help you soften, stretch, and settle into your body. Perfect for easing out of the day and reconnecting to a sense of calm.

🌊Saturday Morning Beach Yoga with Rochelle – Windmill Point Beach
As the days grow warmer and the salt air calls us back outside, join Rochelle for Beach Yoga at Windmill Point. Flow with the rhythm of the waves, breathe in the ocean air, and reconnect with your body under the open sky.
Weather permitting, classes will be held right on the beach and are never limited in size—there’s always room for you in the sand. In the case of inclement weather, class will either be canceled (for safety/emergency conditions) or thoughtfully moved indoors, where space may be limited.
Come as you are, bring your mat (or a towel), and let the sea set the tone for your practice ✨

Weather permitting, all sessions are held directly on the beach. There is always room for you in the sand—no reservations required unless otherwise noted.

A shared space for presence, respect, and flow
At Wild Salted Glow, our studio is a calm, welcoming space where each person is invited to arrive just as they are. To support a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you move through the space with mindfulness and care.
🌿 Arrive with Ease
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and begin your practice without rush. Doors may be locked at class start to preserve the flow of the space.
🤍 Honor the Space
Shoes are removed upon entry. Kindly keep voices soft and be mindful of others preparing for practice.
🌊 Be Present
Silence or turn off your phone before class begins. This is your time to disconnect and reconnect.
✨ Respect Your Body
Listen inward and move at your own pace. Rest when needed—your practice is your own.
🌸 Class Reservations
In-studio classes may be limited in size. Pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your space and ensure a smooth experience.

If you need to cancel, please do so in advance when possible to allow space for others to join.
